Arendsig Single Vineyard Batch 3 Chenin Blanc 2019 老鷹特別版白诗南白葡萄酒 2019

Arendsig make some exceptional wines. This was open fermented in 2 batches in large oak foudres casks and then spent 10 months in old oak. Very complex nose of fynbos, white peach, red guava, lemon and grapefruit. Concentrated fruit flavors of guava, peach and a long honeyed lemon finish. Great acidity and hints of caramel and butterscotch. An excellent food wine.
